"I was going to buy an older used bike last fall. In fact I had put down a deposit. It was going to be my 1st Harley. I had Fox service the bike, they were wonderful, and also saved my bacon. They advised me of all the problems the bike had and all the costs associated. They were honest and up front. I took the bike back. Fox charged me a minimal fee for all the service. I have since purchased a much nicer and newer bike at a lower cost. Looking forward to getting my bike. I will always take it to Fox Harley Davidson for regular services and Winter storage. "After years of feet dragging the opportunity arose for me to buy a bike.I hadn't bought a new Harley in over 25 years.Mike was great from the get go,great product knowledge and a very easy going demeanour made the sale painless...well almost painless all the pain came at the end.Steve took the time to sit and talk with me to get to know me,and not just as a $ sign siting in front of him.No high pressure over selling just showed me the stuff and let me decide what I wanted or didn't want and answered all questions thoroughly and honestly.The lovely Natasha was also very well versed in her knowledge of the accessories.I wanted to personalize the bike and Mike and Brodie were excellent in steering me to the right part.
I haven't met all of the staff but for all I met and spoke to during my "poker run" were equally friendly and knowledgable in their specific area.
I cannot believe the change in this dealership since the first visit a few years ago.If I had of bought elsewhere I would have missed out on one of the absolute best car/bike buying experiences ever.....Al"

"Dropped into the shop Sat. morning (10 mins after you opened for the day)(July 30th) had no appointment,as had an issue with my Softail ( 100 year Anniversary bike) the night before. Gas line had disconnected from the tank, and I wanted to ensure what had caused it. As soon as I got out of my truck(Bike in back) the guys came to see what I needed. I explained the issue, and they said we will take a look in about 15 mins. I went to look at the shop, and what a great shop it is. I looked out 10 mins later, and they were at my truck already. When I came over, they had already fixed the problem, and explained to me what had happened. Said to enjoy the ride, and look after it. What a tremendous service, and first impression left with me. I'm riding back this sat. to take time to check out the shop, and let the guys know how much I appreciated their attention to my issue, and my bike, Thanks guys.We will be seeing much more of each other. "My wife asked,"Why would you ride all the way from Hamilton to Owen Sound just to get your bike serviced?" Then I called Tom. When I gave him my name, he said, "Yea, from Hamilton, right? You have the blue bike. Of course I remember you."
THAT'S why!!!
I have had nothing but the BEST customer service from Tom and the rest of the Fox crew. A 3 1/2 hour ride to be treated like a VIP.... worth every minute.

"I should have written this in 2007. That is when Chris went out of his way to get my retirement bike for me. All the transactions were completed on the phone up to the actual purchase. The honesty and trust is very important to me. I called London, Owen Sound and Barrie and told them I wanted a 2007 Ultra with specific assesories. I also told them that who ever called back first would get my sale. Chris called and said he fould the bike I wanted but it is on its way to Calgary. Did I still want it? The rest is history. I still own the bike and get all must service completed at FOX when I am not on a trip. I find the staff and service to be one of the best I have encountered in Canada or the States. Every time I am back for service or just to visit, they all take the time to talk and make you feel welcome. Try them out and you will not be disappointed, I was not and still am satisfied. "

"Just realized I haven't filled this in before. Better late than never. Never been in a more friendly dealership here or the U.S. Everything is top notch and above all friendly. Really makes spending time here enjoyable. ALL staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to help. Service is excellent, they really do want your ride to be the best it can be and are friendly and informative. Work performed is first rate, you never have to think about your ride when leaving Fox. I travel 3.5 hours to get there and it's worth every mile. Until something changes I'm a customer for life."

"My girlfriend & I walked into Fox Harley-Davidson and right away we were surprised by the selection of bikes & clothes. We had never owed a bike or been in a Harley-Davidson store before.
Steve treated us like we were part of the Harley-Davidson family, even though I didn't have my bike licence. He took the time to answer all of our questions & showed us varies motorcycles. Just for him to take his time with us and be thorough, that made us want a Harley even more.

"I want to thank Ian & Tom for getting my '02 Heritage up and running after the ignition switch shorted out. We were on a ride in the Grey Bruce area when my bike wouldn't start and had it taken to Fox for repairs. Ian figured out what was wrong pretty quickly but didn't have the necessary parts in stock to do a complete repair. However, he was able to patch the switch back together enough to allow me to get back to Mich. with no further issues. He even took the time to list the neccessary parts I would need to fix the problem once back in the states. Can't thank Ian and Tom enough about getting me up and running & it relieved a lot of anxiety about getting back safely. Only wished Ian worked at my local dealership since I know my bike would be in great hands!!! Fox is fortunate to have him!!

"I bought my first Harley recently at Fox HD. Mike and Steve made me feel confident about my purchase. Where as some dealerships you start to feel uneasy about dealing with like they have something to hide. But not at Fox HD. Both gentlemen gave me a safe feeling while I decided about buying the bike, and did not in any way feel pressured in to making the buy. Afterwords I received an email and a follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok with bike and if I was satisfied with my choice. If any problems. I could call them at anytime.
So to Mike and Steve. My hats off to you both for superior service. Fox Harley Davidson is tops in book.

"I recently made the trip to Owen Sound to attend the Test Our Metal demo ride. The ride didn't go due to poor weather, but after the great impression made upon me by your staff I kept in touch. I was impressed by the time Michelle, Randy and Steve spent with me even though I didn't have a Harley motorcycle at the time. They made every effort to make sure I knew what I was looking for. Michelle even tought me how to tie a bandana! Steve called me up one day to say he had a great trade in coming and we made the deal on the phone. When I drove up there the bike was as he said, "impecable". I now have a great bike with low km waiting for spring. I will definately be back up for service and accessory needs."

"I was in Fox Harley a week ago Saturday,with Ken from ,Orangeville, to get some work done on my bike, and being that I am a new rider, I am very confident to say that the service and friendliness from the staff was fantastic.
Steve from the service department was more than compensating for the questions that I had and also for the adjustments of my handlebars, with no hesitations what so ever.
The man from the shop with the English accent, sorry I didnt get his name, put a kit on to make my clutch easier, was also very informative and again made me feel very comfortable talking to me about my bike.,
All in all it was a a very positve enviroment with the friendly and knowledgable staff, that I would not hesitate to highly recommend Fox Harley to anyone.
